This is the perfect check, except so many of them come out of the box and fall apart! That's really inconvenient on a busy night to have an already separated check from the carbon. I have to go thank pick out the ones every night that are still intact. The rest go home for the kids to play with. But thats not what I'm interested in as a small resturant owner!
