I ordered a few of these pans for my cheesecake business. I love how tall they are compared to my other ones. Only con is they are a little flimsy so when you latch the pan together, the bottom piece wiggles around quite a bit. Just have to be gentle when moving the pans around when batter in them. They are nonstick so that’s a plus! Super easy to clean.
