I have owned two of these pans for 3 years for home use. They are quite heavy for pans this size and worked well at first. They have not held up well over time. I have always hand washed them. Both are no longer non-stick. The non-stick surface is flaking off. If I cook chicken breasts on them, there is a residue that is hard to scrub off. Must now be lined with aluminum foil which defeats the purpose of having non-stick pans.

Absolutely love this. It is a very heavy pan and has a nice coating on it which makes me feel better about maybe not using a liner in it. It has held up well so far. The underside of the edges has a little bit a of a lip, where water can be trapped, so actually I dry it right side up to try to let the water follow gravity and not end up rusting it prematurely.
These are my absolute favorite pans in my own home kitchen! These are the size for your home oven. They work perfectly for making homemade granola, baking chicken or roasting vegetables!
