This door is constructed with a 1 7/8" thick rotationally molded polyethylene panel and a foamed-in-place, non-CFC urethane core to provide durability and insulation. To maintain desired temperatures, it retains its properties in temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, it has no gaps or joint seams and is corrosion-resistant, making it perfect for washdown applications! This ultra heavy-duty door has an insulation R factor of 10.83.

Designed with convenience in mind, this single swinging traffic door is light weight and easy to open from both sides, optimizing traffic flow in your establishment. The strong bottom hinge is made with pillow block constructed of zinc-plated ductile iron and features an adapter for an optional spring assist, while the double-acting V-cam upper hinge system requires little to no maintenance and operates smoothly thanks to its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly. The built-in 20 1/2" x 22 1/2" recessed polycarbonate window with black framing offers visibility while keeping your space secure. Featuring a 42" tall black bumper on both sides, this door protects against impact and wear, ensuring longevity in high-traffic areas.

With a spine, top cap, and hinge adapters and caps that are all made of stainless steel, this door is great for industrial use and can withstand the daily rigors of forklift traffic.
