After breaking the wire cage, spread the handles apart and place the opener/stopper on the bottle. Twelve claws will press into the cork for a firm grip that makes it easy to remove the cork.
Open the bottle by holding the opener/stopper and slowly turning the bottle to gently ease the cork out of the bottle. After service, the rubber stopper inside the opener can be used to store leftover champagne. Simply place it over the bottle and you're done!
