The compact dolly quickly transports your front loader while the included black strap keeps the carrier secure. Lightweight Material
This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact, water, and chemical resistance.
Convenient Design
The red latches give the carrier a bold appearance so your customers can identify carriers being used to serve hot food. For convenient transport, the unit features molded-in handles that are both durable and ergonomic. The carrier can stack with similar carriers to simplify storage.
Flexible Capacity
The carrier can hold up to (6) 2 1/2" deep full size food pans and can accommodate various other combinations of full size pans including (2) 8" deep, (4) 4" deep, or (3) 6" deep pans. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.
Extended Heat Holding
It offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash hot board or CaterGator Dash ice board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further. The large latch quickly and securely locks the door to retain temperature.
Included Dolly
The CaterGator Dash red compact dolly quickly transports your pan carriers. This dolly is designed for long-lasting and efficient transportation that ensures your food arrives safely, and it can transport up to 550 lb. of stacked food pan carriers. Its sturdy, lightweight, shock-resistant ABS frame and high-quality polypropylene wheels are built to last. The dolly's casters are equipped with ball bearings and a thread guard to add extra durability to its construction, while the 2 fixed casters and 2 swivel casters provide ultimate control over even and uneven surfaces with ease.
Adjustable Straps
You can keep your pan carriers securely in place during transport with the help of the included black strap, designed to secure your pan carriers to the dolly platform.
