My cooler lid seems to be stuck because of a vacuum seal. How can I open it?
To release the vacuum seal on your cooler, slightly twist open the drain plug to release the pressure, then open the lid. Be sure to do this in a location where any drained liquid won’t damage flooring. Once the lid is open, fully tighten the drain plug to prevent further leaking.

The coolers come with two attached bottle openers that also function as reinforced padlock slots. The built-in drains and attached drain plugs make cleaning the unit easy. Each cooler lid features 2 cup holders, an engraved fish ruler, and self-stopping hinges, so it remains open when needed.
