This scale allows you to easily switch the unit of measurement between pounds, grams, kilograms, and ounces. For easy operation, it has a soft-touch tactile keyboard with a power, zero, tare, and unit key. Its display clearly shows when the weight is stable, the scale is zeroed, the battery level is low, or if the displayed weight is a net weight.
This scale has an operating temperature of 14 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be operated using (6) 9V D batteries (sold separately) or the included AC adapter. When used with batteries, it provides easy portability and up to 1,000 hours of operation. This scale's auto power-off feature helps extend the battery life. It comes complete with a full body protective cover to prevent damage.
