Accurately weigh items with this CAS scale! This portable legal-for-trade scale is ideal for shipping & receiving, farmer's markets, schools, and hospitals. It features a light weight, portable design with a handle for easy carrying. This dual-range bench scale can weigh items up to 300 lb., and it has a large, easy-to-read digital LCD display. This display features a backlight that can be turned on and off, and it is detachable for easy viewing.

This scale is easily switchable between pounds and kilograms. For easy operation, it has power, zero, tare, and unit / print keys. It features auto zero tracking to automatically maintain a stable zero point. Its display clearly shows when the weight is stable, the scale is zeroed or tared, or when the battery level is low.

This scale operates using 4 rechargeable alkaline batteries or C batteries. The rechargeable batteries provide up to 1,000 hours of operation and recharge in 60 hours using the included AC/DC power adapter. This scale's auto power-off feature helps extend the battery life. Thanks to its RS-232C interface and the included cable, this scale can be connected to receipt printers or a PC (sold separately).
