For the money and it being made in Italy, I would have thought I would be getting a better machine. It cools and stirs just fine, but the dispensing mechanism gets stuck in the open position, we have to keep a pair of pliers next to it so it doesn’t dump a gallon of lemonade on the floor. I really hope the site lets me return it.

stopped working after 2 months

I made a huge mistake by not reading the reviews before the purchase of this dispenser. These machines are defective when pouring it's stays open creating a big mess. If you are considering purchasing DON'T waste your money.

This beverage dispenser has been very disappointing. The dispensing mechanism gets stuck easily and has caused several incidents with customers in just two months of use. Do not buy this product.

This is a bad product. It is not easy to clean - there is a whole in the bowl that secures around a cooling unit with a gasket to prevent leaking. But then to remove the bowl, it has to be completely emptied, which is impossible, so inevitably when you remove the bowl, you will have some liquid spill out of the big gaping hole in the middle. And then any liquid that pools on top of the unit where the bowl is held in place is tough to clean because the machine is heavy and should not get wet. Very expensive, and was not usable for our needs.

I've had this for 6 months now and have come back to buy another one. It is easy to use Easy to clean and works fantastic!

This item came in all bit up. We put it to work and it only ran for 3 days and it then completely stopped working. I'm sure the item was probably ok, but either WebRestaurant warehouse or the shipping company didn't take care when handling it. I unfortunately couldn't return it because our restaurant wasn't ready for this to be connected so we let it sit in the box for about 2 months in a room where nobody moved anything. Then, when we opened the box to get everything connected is when we found out it was all bit up, the motor inside was even loose where some of the screws had come out and it was all bent etc. I screwed the motor back to its place. Then 3 days later when it stopped working, I noticed that the fan which I believes cools the motor down was also physically broken so the I think the machine ended up overheating because all the components inside where physically damaged.

Is been Not working good Noise and the one of the four spinners stop working I only been use it for about 6 months

Love this! Easy to clean. Customers love it. I'd buy another one.
