Easy to Clean

Stainless steel, dripless pouring valves prevent post-pour drips from making a mess and wasting product. The 3 bowls are simple to remove for cleaning and sanitation at the end of each day. Plus, the drip trays are also removable so they can be easily emptied and cleaned as necessary.

Durable Construction

The 3 gallon polycarbonate bowls are sturdy and virtually unbreakable and give high visibility to the contents inside. Durably constructed, the body of this dispenser as well as the evaporator are made of stainless steel. For protection, ABS plastic side panels wrap around the body to deter damage to the steel casing. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Reliable Design

Gallon markings on the bowls let you monitor how much liquid is being dispensed. The paddle system keeps beverages properly mixed without separating and does so without causing froth or oxidation, which otherwise compromise taste and quality. Temperature is adjustable through intuitive independent bowl controls so that you can make sure your guests are enjoying their drinks at the ideal temperature. For long lasting operation, tight seal gaskets prevent any moisture or outside contaminants from entering the compressor housing.

Can I use this dispenser for thick beverages like horchata, dairy, or nut milks?
For the best performance and sanitation, this dispenser is not recommended for use with dairy-based beverages, or beverages with a thick consistency. The interior components are best suited to handle thin, water-based beverages like juice, iced tea, or lemonade.
It is highly recommended to shut down, remove old product, and thoroughly clean the machine at the end of each day. Leave the machine off overnight to allow the motor to rest. Using more than 1 gallon of liquid in each of the bowls at all times is also essential to extending the life of the equipment.

For the money and it being made in Italy, I would have thought I would be getting a better machine. It cools and stirs just fine, but the dispensing mechanism gets stuck in the open position, we have to keep a pair of pliers next to it so it doesn’t dump a gallon of lemonade on the floor. I really hope the site lets me return it.
