The product itself works and functions great, but there are a few caveats. - Be extremely careful cleaning. None of the interior stainless steel pieces are beveled in any way and have razor sharp edges. I've sliced open my hands every time I've cleaned the bottom drawer. It cuts deep and faster than you can believe. - The pot heater is set to a very high temp and the stirrer is weak. It will burn your popcorn incredibly fast, cause the the popped kernels to stick, and then you've got a burning hot mess and tons of smoke. - Do NOT purchase the 12oz size of kernel/oil combo packs. It is significantly too much for this machine to reliably pop. We waste like a quarter of the kernels from each back, because they burn way too fast. Got all that? Good. The learning curve is STEEP. But once you've got it's quirks, it's amazing. It's probably deserving of 3 stars, but when it's going good, it's just that amazing. 4 stars.

After 7 months of usage, the heating element has stopped working. I would not recommend this product.

Has been a great hit at catering events as well as with the children of our community!!! Many know we have it and have started keeping it set up in out home when not catering just for the kids!!!!! At least once a week we get a couple of neighborhood kids ask for it and love coming to watch it pop!! At Events, it has become a great hit for both children and adults!!

The wheels on the popcorn machine have warped tremendously to the point you can't transport the machine anywhere. The machine is not even a year old and has been carefully handled by 2 people each time it's used. Very flimsy and unreliable product.

We bought this for Movie Night events for our customers... it did just fine and was able to keep up with demand. We would also use it almost daily once or twice to pop corn for staff... 6 months in and no trouble so far

Wish I had read the reviews before buying... machine will not heat.... this machine is not a good purchase... I'm already having to spend money on a machine that's brand new to try have it fixed.... Urghhhhhhhh frustrating.....DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Worked well at first then starting acting up. last couple of months was ify on working, now doesn't work at all.

Makes great popcorn quickly. Did the heating element in the kettle konk out within the first 3 months of gentle home use? Yes. Very disappointing. But Webstaurant's customer service is top notch. Here's hoping it was just a faulty kettle and the next will last for many happy popping years to come!

This popcorn machine is fine, but I don't think meant for more than popping a batch at a time to enjoy in a small group. The cabinet will hold about two batches before being too full to scoop without making a mess. The kettle is low, centered and close to the front of the cabinet, also making it tough to scoop popcorn into bags without making a mess even if the cabinet isn't full of popcorn. Lastly, we had several batches clump inside of the kettle, causing the stir bar to become lodged and a frantic effort to remove hot popcorn before it began burning. If the lid remained open through the duration of the popping, this didn't happen, but then there was a bigger oil splatter mess to clean up later. I would not recommend for use in a concession stand or a "commercial" environment. Other than that, it is a good machine and would be perfect for a home theater.
