I recently purchased this pizza warmer & it's the worst. It does not keep the pizza slices to temperature, even at the highest temperature (I tried them all - 1 through 5) the doors do not close correctly, there were missing screws, and the hinge was incorrect also. I cannot use the insert to rotate the pizza (customers like that feature as do I) it's fine with the whole pizza but as soon as you take a couple slices off it becomes off balance and the rest of the pizza will slide off. I like the way it looked but it's cheaply made.
