This oven comes with a wire baking rack to easily load and unload frozen pizzas, and it also accommodates 1/8 or 1/4 size sheet pans for other ready-to-eat snacks. It has a 2 1/2" tall opening for the wire product rack, which is wide enough to accommodate a 12" pizza perfectly. The cool-touch handle allows your staff to safely remove piping hot food from the oven.
