Does not fit 1/9 pans properly like a regular hotel pan. I bought this to make a cheap cold top for salad toppings and burger stuff. Unfortunately i can only fit 4 9th pans comfortably. Yes it does keep everything nice and cool. Carlisle should make one that holds 9th , 6th and half pans.

I like the idea of this, but it sounds better on paper than working operationally. Does not get very cold even after 24 hours in the freezer.

This is advertised as a "full size" pan. It does not fit a full size pan, it does not fit two half pans, it does not fit three third pans, and it does not fit nine ninth pans. I would like to return this product as it has proven to be completely useless.

Goes through a high temp machine no problems. Was worried it would burst or crack but so far it’s good.
These are so easy to clean and do exactly what they say about keeping things cold for a long period of time! So glad I found and ordered these. Will be ordering the smaller ones next.
The Carlisle Coldmaster 1/3 size pan works perfectly! I hold remote outdoor events in temps 85+ degrees and use this to hold fish and perishable items. I used to have the hassle of dealing with ice and water as a result of melted ice. The Coldmaster in a fairly short period of time paid for itself just through ice and ice labor costs. Hassle went away!
We found these pans while searching for a better way to keep raw seafood cold near our fryers. Previously we had been using plastic food pans nestled in an ice filled bus tub. This wasn't enough to satisfy the health department, and the alternative was to record temps every 30 minutes on a sheet to show we were using the food within a four hour window, which is a lot of work for cooks who should be cooking! We bought a few of these to try them out, and they are wonderful! We keep them in the freezer overnight, and they keep food cold for an entire shift, even right next to the hot stove and fryers. Definitely will buy these again.
This cold pan is the best restaurant tool ever. We keep these in rotation in our freezer do they are always ready, but have found them to keep food cold beyond the claimed 8 hours.
These I really like, use them for ice cream to hold while I package it. Keeps it from melting so far only regret is I should have bought a couple more

This is a great way to keep those lemons cold. Easy to clean and looks nice in the front of house. I would highly recommend. We have washed and washed and they still look great!
These Cold Food Pans are amazing. At first, I will admit, I was skeptical of what the product claimed to do. However, as I hovered over the pan hour after hour monitoring the food temperature, I was surprised to find that it does indeed hold food temperature in a safe range. There is only one problem that I have with the product. It claims it will hold food temperature for 8 hours, it has been my experience that it only holds for around 6 hours. That may be due to its proximity to the deep fryer though.
Carlisle makes an awesome cold food pan. They are very durable, easy to keep clean and perfect for any salad station or sub shop for vegetables.
These food pans are just what we needed. They hold up very well and are easy to lable with tape. and store in the fridge to save on food costs.

This Carlisle Coldmaster Cold Food Pan is excellent!!! We own several of these and keep them on our kitchen counters for quickly plating our cold side dishes. No more running to the fridge or pre-portioning foods that you may not use. These truly stay cold too! Our local health dept. tests them every time they are inspecting and the temp. is always right on! We love these cold pans.
