Did not realize these only work with their brand cold crocks. Tried ones from another company that are 3 gallons and do not fit at all. Wish I would have known you needed the even more expensive cold crock to purchase with these already expensive metal tubes which do look shiny but offer nothing else besides that. Wish I realized this before I could no longer return them.
