We have used this on and off for about a year. Cleaned and upkeep maintenance regularly. During dinner service it blew our brakes and caught fire. Thank goodness our team reacted quickly or we could of lost our buisness. Do not buy this product. Thousand dollars does the drain.

Within 1 week of receiving the machine one of the brushes started coming apart and 2 of the stubs that hold the brushes were loose in the machine. Neither Campus Products or Webstaurant would do anything about the loose studs (unless I paid to send it to a repair facility out of my pocket - after less than a week of usage), I had to take the machine apart and fix it myself. After several communications back and forth with both Campus Products and Webstaurant I finally was sent a replacement brush. The representative at CP informed me they had very few issues with the brushes and it was probably just a manufacturing defect, I find that hard to believe as within 3 months all 5 brushes - including the replacement one - were useless. Love, love LOVE this unit. We are a high-volume cocktail bar and routinely run through 800-1200 glasses each evening. Not only does this unit help us keep up with polishing, it does a much better job at making the glasses fully clear than hand polishing does. The trick is the hot air: it helps to dry off the glasses, but you can leave it running, and the air continually dries the brushes as well. I've stopped ordering polishing rags, and now we just run the brushes through dish at the end of the night. I don't usually write reviews for products, but we were having such a hard time with polishing, and this one purchase has changed our operations, allowing our servers to focus on serving, rather than dealing with glassware. Well worth the money. Thanks!
