Our members here pay a lot of money to become members. They expect a lot for what they contribute to this club, so we're always looking for ways to provide the best service, the best product and give that back to them, and to have them not even think twice about something that they're getting. Just understanding that quality here is our focus. The UPC300 allows us to present this food to them, give them the quality that they're looking for. They know our events could be outside and whether it could be an issue, but this unit keeps things so well, so hot, and so cold that I don't ever feel like something is ever going to go wrong or go bad using the unit. The unit has done everything, again, that we needed to do, keep food cold, keep food hot, and keep our members happy, so we're super thankful for that. With the UPC300, we have kind of streamlined our banquets. Our banquets, since we're really just a restaurant, they're always on some other place on our property. It's like catering to ourselves. We use the unit to basically take hot food, cold food, to another area to set up and plate up there. So, it's been really helpful. The UPC300 has been really helpful with making sure we can get two things accomplished at once. So we have sometimes the top container full of all cold food, the bottom container full of all hot food, and if it's a small party, we can almost do it out of one trip, whereas before, we'd have to take either two carts or you'd have to go through a hallway or doorway, one cart in front of you, one cart behind you. This has enabled us to do it efficiently and really clean both surfaces at once again, to our residents, to our marina, to our lawn and beach events. We have events on the roof top, we do events on the marina, we have to go down the gangway, which can be kind of tricky with the footing in itself and carrying stuff even more tricky. We also have private events on our lawn and our beach, and the unit that we're talking about has been really helpful and instrumental in making sure we can knock some of those events out easily in the summertime when we've been the most busy. It's lightweight, so if we do need to load it onto a vehicle, which we've done, it's been super easy to do that. The handles are super convenient. It stacks really fast and easily because the handles fit right into itself. The doors don't have the gasket, which makes it super easy for our stewarding team to clean and get reset. It's a good-looking unit. We've put it in the corner at events and no one has even noticed it was there in some cases, so it's been good. I would definitely recommend the UPC300 to other chefs.
