This full sized rack boasts the ability to hold 36 full size 2 1/2" GN pans for ample storage, and the shelves are spaced 3" apart to allow for quick loading and unloading. Plus, with a convenient end loading design with no middle crossbar you can be sure that your staff has easy access to every food that is put on this rack. It has a 750 lb. weight capacity with a 100 lb. capacity per rail set so you can safely hold all of your cooked or prepared foods.

It can hold GN pans that come out of an oven at temperatures of up to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be used in the freezer as well. Place a full size GN pan on the top of this rack to protect the contents below for added versatility. This trolley rack has molded-in pan stops at the end of each rail to keep pans in place during transportation. The molded-in lip load rails hold 2 hanging GN 1/1 food pan on each rail set.

We have the half size one of these and I can't say enough good about it. So we purchased the full size and that was a huge mistake. The bottom frame that holds everything together snapped in half on the first use. It's a total design flaw. The bottom frame needs to be either a solid platform or reinforced heavily. Any incline, like our walk-in ramp that puts horizontal pressure on the frame will break it instantly. Unless you're keeping it stationary on a flat surface and never move it, DO NOT BUY THE FULL SIZE!!
