This Cambro UGNPR11H19480 Camshelving® GN 1/1 half size 9 pan trolley rack with casters is the ideal way to transport bulk food in a busy kitchen.
This half sized rack boasts the ability to hold 9 full size or 18 half size 2 1/2" GN pans for ample storage, and the shelves are spaced 3" apart to allow for quick loading and unloading. Plus, with a convenient end loading design with no middle crossbar you can be sure that your staff has easy access to every food that is put on this rack. It has a 375 lb. weight capacity with a 100 lb. capacity per rail set so you can safely hold all of your cooked or prepared foods.

Versatile, Molded-In Features
It can hold GN pans that come out of an oven at temperatures of up to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be used in the freezer as well. Place a full size GN pan on the top of this rack to protect the contents below for added versatility. This trolley rack has molded-in pan stops at the end of each rail to keep pans in place during transportation. The molded-in lip load rails hold 1 hanging GN 1/1 food pan on each rail set.
