I purchased this lid for use with the matching Cambro container. As I utilize sous-vide preparations of meats and vegetables very frequently, evaporation during long cooking cycles can become an issue. This lid prevents a substantial portion of evaporation during the sous vide process. Depending on your model of sous vide device, a slight modification to the lid may be necessary for a perfect fit.

The material is very nice and sturdy. It's a little tricky to install on to the storage box, but there's instructions right on the lid. Once you get it to snap and on its very easy to slide back and forth.
These Lids are a mush have if you order the base containers. we use the containers for Fridge and freezer storage, dry storage, and small equipment storage. Not an easy top to put back together, but once yo do its simplicity is effective and we love it. There are arrows to help u put back correctly, so pay attention and you will be okay

THese lids fit perfectly on the food storage boxes. They seal tightly and it make it easy to stack these food storage containers. I used them to store baked goods in them a lot.
These lids are extremely useful, my only complaint is that they do not snap onto the container. So if you do not secure them with sriran wrap they slide right off with the slightest bump.
