I have 2 of these in my coffee shops, both have been problematic. Bunn warranty and customer service is pathetic. I can't begin to describe how bad it is. They send incompetent technicians that fraudently charge incorrect hours worked, and Bunn wants you to sign as correct, and then after the review them, they'll decide if you don't have to pay them. Is a complete scam. Not buying products from them again.

Overall a great buy! At the begining their was a plastic smell and taste to the water. We called BUNN and they had us dispense the heated water 3 times. We have not had a problem since then.
