This malt has 4.5% moisture and an 81% yield on grind. It has a diastatic power of 170 degrees Lintner, making it suitable for converting starch into sugar during the mashing process. This malt is not caramelized or roasted and yields an SRM of 1.5, so it will contribute very little color to your finished brews. It's perfect for use in commercial breweries and is available in a 50 lb. bulk bag to keep your operation well-stocked!
