This dispenser has a 6 3/4" long spout for easy access, and may be mounted on the edge of a sink, through a counter, or even through an unused faucet opening in your sink. It requires a 1 3/8" diameter opening and can be mounted in counters with a thickness up to 2".

Install your Bobrick Sureflow dispenser with these simple instructions! Once finished, your customers and employees can enjoy an automatic soap dispenser with convenient top filling and portion adjustment features.
Welcome to Bobrick's installation video tips for our SureFlow soap dispenser! This dispenser boasts convenient top filling, automatic dispensing, and portion adjustment features that are available in the field. Before you start, make sure the counter width does not exceed 2 inches. For sinks with a rim over the counter, refer to the installation instructions for limitations. Be sure to inventory the parts to make certain that you have everything required. Also, make sure that the "O" ring and duckbill are available. Remove and pinch the duckbill and follow these simple steps for a successful installation. Begin by using the drill template to mark the location of the dispenser and drill a 1 3/8 inch diameter hole through the countertop. Then, place the rubber gasket over the cable and hose and make sure that you are following the contour of the spout. Roughly position the spout toward the center of the sink, place the washer and mounting nut over the shank, and then thread. Don't tighten the mounting nut all the way. You can then insert the tube from the top assembly onto the retainer back and seat it into place using the grooves. Place the bottle cap over the shank and retainer back. Make sure that the cables are placed over the bottle cap. Position the front retainer into place and screw it into place. Use the guide pin to position and align the 3 gaskets into place. Check that the duckbill is in place. Then, seat the "O" ring onto the top of the bottle reservoir. Using the guide pin, align the soap reservoir and tighten the cap. Place the sleeve over the wires and connect the fiber optic cables to the housing. Position the spout to the center of the sink and finish up by firmly tightening the spouting nut. SureFlow dispensers are powered by 4 D-cell batteries or an optional AC adapter. Following the installation, you are 1 step away from a functioning unit! Top fill the dispenser with liquid soap only, activate the dispenser repeatedly to establish prime, and use the portion control knob to adjust the dispensing of soap. If there are any issues with the dispenser, please refer to the troubleshooting guide for more information. This liquid soap dispenser requires periodic maintenance. To flush the system, pour water into the top of the unit and press the purge button. Press the purge button again when the dispenser is drained.
