Blodgett IMV-4E Details

Add greater efficiency and baking capacity to your food establishment with this Blodgett double deck half size electric ImVection oven. This oven is capable of delivering two different hot air cooking technologies into four individual cooking chambers. It uses impingement and convection technologies to force hot air at high speeds for even results or to gently deliver hot air for quick, even, and consistent booking and baking. Each of the four chambers is capable of cooking with impingement or convection. This combines two needs into one with a conveniently small footprint with four 6" adjustable legs.

The cooking mode is automatically assigned according to the selected temperature. Lights clearly indicate the selected chamber for cooking and signal when cooking is complete. Additionally, a USB connection is available to upload or download recipes. For easy serviceability, this oven features top-mounted controls. This oven's adaptive power management optimizes its cooking efficiency and power use.

Each chamber can fit a 13" x 18" standard half size baking pan, a 16" round pizza pan, or a 12" x 20" full size hotel pan. It features a durable stainless steel front, top, and sides with aluminized rear panels and a powder-coated control panel and top cover. It has a double deck design with two independent doors that have removable inner glass to provide easy cleaning. There are two jet plate assemblies per chamber that can also be removed for cleaning. A 7" capacitive touchscreen makes controlling the features of this oven simple, and this oven is ventless thanks to the use of a catalyst per chamber.

A recessed, bright, and long-lasting light is in each chamber to provide easy visibility inside without opening the door. The oven has a type 304 stainless steer chamber interior and a hidden temperature thermocouple per chamber. It also has a temperature range of 300 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's able to maintain 175 degrees Fahrenheit temperature differential between chambers and has variable temperature and air speed per chamber. With dual independent heating elements, 17.6 kW of heating power, and a variable speed 1/2 hp motor with thermal overload protection, this oven provides accurate temperature control per chamber. This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation
