Bigelow Darjeeling Tea Bags - 28/Box

They say this is the Champagne of Black Tea.....ahhh NO..... this is bland at best. Tasted like typical low grade Black Tea to me. I would not recommend this. Bigelow Teas are usually stellar not this time IMHO.

By Far, Bigelow makes the best teas. Darjeeling is considered the champagne of tea, and this has such a nice mild taste - no bitterness or aftertaste. Makes a delightful cup of tea.

This twenty-eight pack of Bigelow Darjeeling tea is tough to describe. The website’s description is fair but I did not find the flavor to be robust but rather like any other tea. I was a little disappointed in the lack of a specific flavor of this one and not sure I would recommend.

Definitely a acquired taste of black teas. While it is different it has a bitter bite every sip. To some it might be enjoyable but to I, it's ok. Past the bitterness it does have a rich mouth feel which is why I guess they named it the champagne of black teas. Definitely a try.

A very nice tea that comes packaged really well. The tea is very smooth and steeps up with a good flavor strength. Great for afternoon tea with a splash of honey.

There is a richness to this tea but not overpowering or unpleasant. It is very good as is or with addition such as lemon or milk, and etc.

This is a tea that seems to be a tea that takes getting accustomed to. Some people like the stronger flavor. I think it also has a different taste that people seem to shy away from. I can't say it is my favorite, but I still think it is worth trying.

I love this Bigelow Darjeeling tea. It is a very dark tea with a bittersweet taste. And definitely has to be acquired. It will always be in my cabinets at home. And I will be back to order more when the need arises.

Pretty boring take on a classic black tea. It was lacking depth of flavor and aroma to me, tending towards flatness and just a lack of general appeal.

This tea remains in our inventory of tea selection at our bed and breakfast though not as popular as the Earl Grey or English Breakfast.

We can't find this flavor at the place where we usually get our tea! Great price and a bigger selection than most places with this brand of tea.
