I haven't had any other Thai tea blends before so it's hard to compare, but it does make a decent, instant tea. I followed the directions on the back (1/4 c powder in 7oz water) and it tastes a bit watery to me, so next time I try half of the liquid with milk. It's not as rich tasting as what I've gotten at restaurants before. Another way I like to have this is by putting one tablespoon into 8oz of black tea. It's tastier than the powdered creamer + sugar that the office provides.

If you have never tried this well you are missing absolutely wonderful!!.It mixes surprisingly easily, even in cold water, considering the large amount of powder required: about 5 g per 30 ml (0.5 tbsp per 1 oz). I suspect that this is due to the extreme fineness and uniformity of the powder.

Never tried Thai tea before. I like this okay, not as much as the Chai mix from Big Train. The coconut is pretty strong, I was hoping for more of a spicy orange flavor but all in all a good drink.

We originally have bought the Thai Tea mix from another retailer, however, the taste is nothing close to the original as Big Train. At the cost and variety of flavors we have to pick from, we will for sure be coming back for more!

Fresh Thia tea is a wonder to have if you ever have the time or can find it. But this works pretty well, has a very strong tea flavor particular to thia tea. Its probably among one of the best substitutes if you cant have the real thing. Add a little vanilla, more black tea or some cream - it can get pretty crazy.

I use to love the thai tea powder but ever since they changed the look it seems as if the flavor has changed too. the color definitely is not the same anymore. The color use to be much darker and more of a thai tea color but now it more like a lighter pinkish orange.
