Plus, the exterior grille that covers the top mounted refrigeration system is easy to remove for preventative maintenance or to allow necessary repairs. Inside, this unit features an aluminum interior with foamed-in-place CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for superior temperature retention, even in kitchens where ambient temperatures are high.

For added convenience, it features an easy-to-use electronic thermostat and an automatic defrost system that helps limit ice build-up inside the cabinet.

This unit features solid half doors with door locks for extra food safety and security. The spring loaded hinges ensure that the doors close properly even when you have your hands full. If you are taking several loads to or from this unit, you can also override the self-closing system by opening the doors 120 degrees so that they stay open until you manually close them. The interior of this unit features 6 heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves for safe, sanitary storage. Each shelf comes with four shelf clips that must be field installed. The shelves are also adjustable in 1/2" increments.

Because it's designed with a 1-piece grill, it's easy to access the refrigeration system for routine maintenance and repairs. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

This means that the interior of the food truck may not be susceptible to extreme high or low temperatures. R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
