We just bought this last month to increase our service bar capacity. The delivery was smooth, the frig fit our space perfectly and we love everything about it-except.... the second morning after we plugged it in, the temperature was about 60 degrees. We called our service company quickly who determined that a wire that ran to the thermostat had come unattached so that even though the refrigerator was running, the thermostat was disconnected. Not cool. We lost some product and had to pay for a service call. Yes, it would have been covered under warranty but I didn't have the patience to work through the system-we needed that frig working asap. The other issue was one of the 3 interior light bulbs burnt out on the 2nd day as well. For that reason I am giving it 3 stars.

This is a great product that holds all the beer I need at my bar. It even fits full sized kegs which is great because it is always hard to find room in the walk in. Great Buy!
