This statement based on experience with this product is not true.
(2). This product is either a refurbished item or damaged item because the top does not lie flat and has a gap and the pouring spout is visibly crooked.

The tower exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent as evident by the materials used. It's not cheap plastic, its made of strong and sturdy plastic fiber. This is important because with any restaurant or bar things can be handled ruff and this tower can take it. Its also very impressive, when customers see it, they always ask about it, makes it easy to sell. The amount of beer/liquid it holds is perfect, never get a complaint of wishing it held more. Very happy with this product, can't think of any negative.
