This pasta is made with the finest durum wheat semolina to deliver great taste and ensure an "al dente" texture your customers crave, every time. Soft and fine, durum semolina is ideal for pasta as it easily forms the shape with its supple, moldable dough and holds up well during cooking. To prepare, use 4-6 quarts of water per pound of pasta. Bring to a rolling boil and add salt to taste. Add the pasta to the boiling water, stir gently, and return to a boil. For "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. Remove from the heat and drain well. Simply add your preferred ingredients, plate, and serve!

This pasta has a great chewy texture. The shape has tons of tiny ridges that help sauce stick to the pasta instead of falling off into the plate. We love using it for mac and cheese, but it is also a good match for tomato sauces and meat sauces.

Great price and availability on a hard to find item! This is the best tasting whole wheat pasta we have come across! Gorilla is an excellent name and product. I love the fast shipping and being able to buy this in bulk from you being able to stock up I’m such a great product. I love how quickly it was shipped to us

Good pasta. Arrived in whole pieces, maybe two spaghetti strands were broken, which is better than individual boxes at the grocery store. The 20lb of spaghetti comes packaged in two bags, and I found that each 10lb bag fits perfectly into an Araven 03031 1/3 Size Translucent Polypropylene Food Pan with Airtight Lid - 6" Deep, so you will need two of them for your pantry.
If you like tiny elbows that turn to mush in 6-7 minutes, this is the brand for you! If you like real pasta bite with a gluten free option, choose another brand!

I'm happy with Barillo pastas. I tried the elbow variety and now I've come back for seconds. Small jobs or big, the packaging that I buy at Webstaurant meets all needs.
Didn't like the way it cooked so we stopped using it

Excellent pasta! It tastes great
This is our favorite pasta. Great for mac n cheese and red sauces. Because it is hollow, the sauce adheres better to the pasta. It holds up well. Plus it is unique.
It is softer than regular pasta but still holds together well after tons of mixing. Leans towards a corn taste but isn't overwhelmingly taste like corn. Tastes great with any sauce I end up putting on it.
This gluten free pasta will have you questioning whether its even gluten free. It tastes exactly like regular pasta, does not overcook easily and tastes great! Will continue to buy this for our meal prep company!
I've always loved experimenting with pasta shapes, and Barilla's Orecchiette was an exciting find. The "little ears" design really does scoop up sauces and veggies wonderfully. It's a great way to shake up my usual pasta dishes. I love how this pasta brings a touch of authentic Italian cooking into my kitchen.

Pretty decent for gluten free pasta. Doesn't have the al dente bite of its gluten counterparts and has a pretty heavy corn taste.

Not bad pasta for the price could have been better for some reason this pasta likes to STICK to everything.......and I mean everything. Or maybe I just need to update my pots and pans. I give this pasta a solid 4 stars.

Rotini pasta is not something we always carry but when we do this one is a good one. We love the two bulk bags which cuts down on waste!
One of the best gluten free pasta alternatives, holds up much better than most to hear and doest crumble and fall apart. We even bake our mac and cheese that we use it in after boiling and it holds up!
Great tasting and great quality product! They cook quickly and do not get mushy if you overcook like some other brands. The bulk price is also great to stock up on. The elbow macaroni is also great for adding into cold salads
