These are the perfect spoons/forks for tasting food! Small 3.5 inch size is easy to store just about anywhere for quick tasting of food as you cook!!! better than just tasting spoons!!

Biodegradable silverware is such a fantastic idea! I recently used these for a 120 guest wedding. I'd used a similar product before and thought these would be comparable in quality. Here are the pros: (1) the design is attractive, (2) the forks are sturdy and none of the guests reported any breakage. Here is the con: (1)splinters! I had at least 4 guests report getting splinters from the forks. When I rubbed the handle of a few of them to check it out, I did pick up a splinter myself. I'm not sure if that's standard for this type of product. The other brand I'd previously bought had a very noticeable coating on them, so they were very smooth. I will probably buy these again just to see if I got a bad batch the first time. But, if I get more splinters, I'll have to stick with another product.

We use this for our salt bowls in the restaurant. The spoons hold up well and do not discolor in contact with the salt. Good eco friendly solution
