We have been using ten of these once a week for the last year to make babka. They worked well, but despite following the care instructions (seasoning, washing as infrequently as possible, drying immediately, etc) the glaze has started to come off the pans in big flakes. Do not expect to be able to get a long life out of these pans. Very disappointed.
