Baker's Lane 1 1/2 lb. Glazed Aluminized Steel Pullman Bread Loaf Pan with Sliding Cover - 13" x 4" x 4"

No complaints about this loaf pan - it's nice and heavy, and produces an evenly baked loaf of bread or quickbread. It's really large though - when it says 2lbs, I'm not sure what that's meant to suggest, but it holds more like 4 lbs of our banana bread.

I purchased this pan to make layered cake slices. My cake baked beautifully. I used parchment paper to ensure that my cake didn’t stick and clean up was a breeze. Creating a parchment sling took some time to learn but once I got the hang of it, it was a piece of cake.

Great pan, long lasting when cared for between uses. We use it for various tea cake batters and always have consistent baking/ color development around all sides that come into contact with the pan.

I own many different pullman bread pans and the quality of this product is as good as the pans I've paid three to four times as much money for. I would purchase this item again. I don't know who manufactures this item for webstaurantstore but it is good quality.

I absolutely love these pans and lids! The weight is good and the lids fit perfectly. 1240 grams is the amount of yeast dough to fill in every corner.

Truly non stick. Great size. Great price. I just made a Japanese milk bread and came out perfectly. The loaf was easy to take out from the pan. The pan is easy to clean as well. Would buy again.

I perfected our sandwich bread recipe in this pan - it's a keeper. Not too big and not too small. Sometimes getting the lid on is a bit confusing to me, but that's a me problem, not a loaf pan's problem :)

Perfect for 5-6 cup flour recipes. Raise dough to top of rim or a bit higher and you get the perfect sammich bread. It seems the best pan I have for using high protein King Arthur Sir Lancelot flour recipes. Produces a great chewy bark where it crusts up against the sides and bottom. found 375 F for 45 minutes is perfect tome/temp regardless of recipe used. Found the trick is grease it with a bit of coconut or olive oil, don't wash it, leave it be, stuff it in a paper bag between use, loafs drop out instantly. Nice bread pan all around.

These pans are built to last. I ordered four of these. The bread slides right out every time. Do not forget to purchase the lid to slide on top.

Great pan for sandwich style bread. Bread releases from the pan easily. Lid has to be purchased separately, so do not forget it! You will need a larger bag than 15" (I found that it's hard to twist up a 15' bag).

This double loaf pullman is perfect for making my "Frankenbread" - full loaf of cinnamon raison and next to it, a full sandwich loaf. I didn't use the sliding cover since my sourdough starter was very active so I let the bread dome. The large double loaf popped right out and no sticking. Highly recommend!

I may have gone a little overboard with the 2 lb pan for an amateur baker at home but this thing made it easy to make my first white bread loaf. It has a coating on the inside that made it super easy to slide the loaf out to cool and it was even easier to clean the thing. I was nervous about some of the weird nooks because of the folded metal and didn't want to have to deal with rust down the line but I had no issues because of the coating. I'll be looking at the other options offered by Baker's Lane in the future for my bakeware

These are worth the price. I got this pan with the matching lid to make sourdough sandwich loaves. It perfectly fits 2000 grams of dough and makes a perfect square. If you want a sandwich loaf with pretty much zero waste this is the best pan ever.

This pullman pan is heavy duty and bakes evenly. The pan spray we use has left residue over time but it hasn't affected the performance.

This is an excellent pan for yeast bread AND sweet breads! This pan is durable and cleans up very well. I love the straight sides!

This pan is great for any kind of baking, even gluten-free. Very sturdy and have nice straight sides high sides that allow plenty of room for the bread to rise. Definitely get the lid (sold separately) to go with it. Bread bakes evenly every time.

Perfect Pullman pan. Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect straight sides for perfect bread. I will continue using this pan daily! Easy clean up too!

We love these pullman loaf pans. We use them for quick bread, not yeasted bread and they keep their shape and cakes slide right out with just a little non-stick spray. We own both the 1.5 lb and the 2 lb sizes for different uses. Sturdy and a good value.
