We love just about anything from bakers lane but this pan knocks it out the park

We use these pans daily in our bakery for cupcakes and cake batter testing, and they’ve held up beautifully. The aluminized steel distributes heat evenly for consistent bakes, and the glazed coating makes release and cleanup effortless The construction is sturdy and commercial-grade, with no warping even after years of heavy use in convection ovens. Each cavity bakes evenly with a clean edge and perfect dome. We also love that the full-size sheet fits perfectly on our standard bakery racks. If you bake in volume or want consistency across every batch, this pan is a workhorse. Worth every penny for professional use.

They are heavy duty. Durable and stack very nicely to save room (see photo). They bake nicely. I had one issue of scratches on the top of some, but the issue was resolved by restaurant easily. They have a higher price point but with their durability I know they will last. I would purchase these again.

One pan gives us 35 pastries and that helps keep up with volume. The material is high quality.

These bake cupcakes so well! The heat is distributed well and bakes evenly! I love that I can bake 72 cupcakes at a time in just one of our ovens.

The pans are very sturdy and perfect for commercial type bakery. It does not stick and very easy to clean. It also makes the cupcakes cook perfectly without getting burn on the side due to its thick and heavy duty aluminized steel

We make cupcakes and muffins in large batches. This helps with getting the job done quickly. I wish I had found it earlier... like when we first opened.

I love this muffin pan. Cupcakes and muffins bake evenly. It is easy to clean. I use the 1 1/2 X 1" baking cups in the pan. I have 2 pans and use them frequently for mini muffins for showers and parties.

Works just as stated. We line our cupcakes in these and they bake up nicely. Even without a liner but with a nice coat of baking spray, the baked goods releases easy.

Well worth the money. I bought these 2 years ago and they still are great, no warping or staining. With a full tray they do get heavy for having less pans to flip is worth it.

We have recently purchased these cup cake muffin pan and they are working very well for our Bed & Breakfast as our chef constantly makes muffins for our guests. It looks well made and hope it will hold well.

Extremely heavyweight and, thus far, perfectly nonstick. Tea cakes and muffins come out without any pre-greasing necessary, and clean-up usually requires nothing more than a quick wipe with a damp cloth. I was a bit concerned that bits of cake would get stuck in the seams where the cups are connected to the tray, but so far this has not been an issue.

This is one handy muffin pan. I like that I can get so many done with a short amount of time. One of these can bake 35 muffins

Slightly larger than a standard muffin pan, but not so much so that an average person would notice. We use for cupcakes and people like that they are a little bigger than when you go to the store.

This pan is glazed, heavyweight and has rolled edges. The glaze makes washing easier and the weight and rolled edges gives it stability so it doesn't bend even when full of batter. One issue we see with this pan is how it fits on a speed rack, the glide edges touch the sides of the wells and over time will damage the glaze and possibly the pan. Other than that minor inconvenience this is a quality product. We use the white fluted 2'X 1 1/4" 10000 ct liners.

I love this 24 cup aluminized steel cupcake muffin pan! It made muffins perfectly cooked evenly throughout. The muffins slipped out of pan without sticking at all.

This heavy-duty large cupcake pan is the best of the best! Whether I'm baking 6 or 24, the cupcakes come out evenly baked every single time! The shiny surface makes it easy to clean! Before purchasing I would measure your oven, because this pan is quite large!

I absolutely love this muffin pan. Being able to bake a batch of 24 cupcakes or muffins at a time is so convenient. They pan heats evenly so all the items cook at the same rate.
