Baker's Lane 12" x 16" Half Size Quilon® Coated Parchment Paper Bun / Sheet Pan Liner Sheet - 1,000/Case

For certain baked goods that were drier, like sugar cookies, they came off of the parchment easily. However, anything else that had any sort of moisture (blueberry scones, for example) completely stuck to the paper and had to be scraped off. I would not recommend these sheets for anything other than the driest baked goods.

Works great for cookies. But it sticks terribly to sourdough and breads.

This is another Baker's Lane product that promises to be parchment paper when it's really just paper. It works for some products but anything that carmelizes a little bit just sticks to the paper. It arrived pretty messed up too, the whole box was crushed and all of the papers folded. I don't recommend Baker's Lane products.

This is NOT good for baking. I just had an entire bath of bagels completely get stuck on the paper and i cant even get them off. Now I just wasted money on something that states parchment paper but clearly is not.

These sheets are nice & heavy but they do not release the baked goods easily. We ordered these before and had the same issue but needed some in a pinch so thought we would try them again. We are very disappointed. They seem to draw the shortening out of our baked goods and then leave the pans with a greasy residue. A lot of baked goods do not come off very easily sometimes pulling the bottom layer off.

Beware- NOT suitable for bagels,breads, etc.Unfortunately, purchasing and using these parchment sheets cost me hundreds of dollars in lost product and hours of wasted labor. I do not recommend this product and wish I could give it zero stars. Never expected such a poor quality product to be sold at Webstaurant, especially given their description states suitable for a “variety of baked goods”.

I purchased this parchment paper thinking it was of good quality, but it is not. 9 out of 10 times when I tried to remove product from the pan the sheets tear, on all sides. This is the worst quality that I have ever used.

I wished I'd listened to the other 1 star reviews on this product, but I wanted to see for myself. I regret it. As with the other bad reviews, we have issues with products sticking to this parchment paper. One review said for dryer items, like cookies, they did OK and would release. We are a gluten-free bakery, and often gluten-free is a wetter dough or batter. I'm making do with these for certain things that will release without ruining the product, but I'm going back to my local supply store to buy the Quilon coated sheets that I've been buying for years. On those, I've actually been able to flip the sheets and use the reverse side when making my rolls. These are very much single use as they are thinner and become very crispy after baking. But just this morning my wife said she's been spraying the sheets to get the cookies to release. So we're done with these other than I'll use them for my rolls to use them up.

I purchased these to use for my bakery. Assuming they were good (because why wouldn’t they be?) I used them and ruined about half my orders for the day. Complete waste of money and ended up costing me so much more in time and sales. Would NOT recommend.

I have been using quilon coated parchment sheets for years to bake sourdough. I ran out and restocked with this and it was a DISASTER. Every single boule stuck firmly to the parchment paper, destroying all my loaves. I am so upset! I Do NOT recommend!!!

This parchment paper covers a good amount of surface area. It never gets charred easily even when using high levels of heat and doesn’t stick to the baked goods or pan.

For some items, they are fine, but like others stated anything sticky, or with moisture it’s a nightmare. Thought we could use a shortcut, but looks like we will go back to cutting our own parchment paper.

Absolutely terrible! Threw away about 200 cookies that stuck to this parchment like GLUE! Tried taking them off hot - NOPE. tried letting them cool - NOPE. had to go to the local grocery store and buy out their parchment paper and remake all our cookie orders. Very disappointing.

I have bought this product many times, but my latest box of parchment seems to be differnt than any before. The amount of grease it is pulling from my cookies is like never before. I have not changed anything of my sugar cookies for the paper to react this way. One day between decorating and the royal icing drying, my sheets are dark and completely wet and full of grease. This is something that has NEVER been before. This leaves to wonder if I got a bad batch of paper, or has it been changed in some way? This batch of paper seems to be more “ridgey” or “wavey.” It has always been just flat parchment paper. Something is very different. I have used this product for 5 years. Would really love to hear back from someone at this company.

Great product! We use it to line our cinnamon roll pans for easy cleanup!

Nice parchment paper. Doesn't make baked goods stick to the pan. Doesn't get too greasy. Recommend!
