I use this product to mix my burgers and it mixes well. It says 20lbs but the meat becomes over mixed if you use that much meat. I would not recommend mixing more than 15 lbs. It can mix as little as 5lbs but it’s a little harder to get a get a decent mix. Between 10 and 15 lbs is a good number, at least for ground beef.

This product is ok. Definitely a great product for the weekend warrior using it a couple times a yea. If you’re going to use more than that definitely look to a higher end unit.

One of my smarter purchases! This mixer is wonderful! I have 10 Boxers that I feed a raw diet to, and prior to this mixer, I was having to hand mix and knead everything together which was becoming more painful or this old gal with arthritis starting to set in. Then I tried a large bucket with a drywall mixer drill attachment and ended up chasing a bucket around the kitchen which the dogs found more entertaining than I did. As much product as I had to mix, those old latex gloves were not. near long enough... I was able to make 2 of my 18 pound recipes in one go with this mixer -saving a ton of time and only one clean up session. Heavy duty, works perfectly. Much easier to mix than I thought it would be w 15 pounds of meat. Its about 66% of the cost of a common brand name mixer and its the exact same mixer.

Well made product! However, I having a hard time removing the paddle when it is cleaning time since it is not clearly stated in the manual. Please send help for the instructions on how to remove the paddle.

We use this to mix the ingredients into our house special burgers. It makes quick work of approx 14lb worth of ingredients to mix in a matter of minutes. Easy to clean also!
