NO a heavy duty machine. ive been using for this machine for about 6 months NOT on super heavy schuedle cutting probaby 20/25 lb of short ribs a week and machine starting to make phony noises, both knobs are broken. reach costumer services and neglet to give me any aswers as its already past 6 onths
