An included 12" long probe thermometer measures from 100-750 degrees Fahrenheit to help you achieve the desired oil temperature. It comes with a clip so you can secure it to the side of the turkey cooker pot.
A 1 oz. marinade injector allows you to impart your signature flavors. Simply mix up your marinade, draw it into the injector, and distribute evenly throughout the turkey.
Working with hot oil always adds risk to your standard cooking tasks, but the included lift hook makes removing your freshly fried turkey as safe as possible. The bottom of the poultry rack is also perforated, allowing oil to drain before you transfer the turkey. Remember to always wear your protective gear when using a turkey fryer pot. This is possibly the cheapest stock pot that I have ever seen. You can dent it with your hands! But due to the 30% restocking fee, I guess I'll keep it. Very disappointing.

I was notified immediately that my product was temporarily out of stock. They sent me alternatives, and I was going to select one of them, however to my amazement, they had already re-routed my order to another warehouse and the pot was shipped the next day. It arrived one day early! I had two chat sessions about my order - both were outstanding. Beyond the service, the cost to value is great. A little less than expected. The metal is thin and came with cosmetic issues. Thanks to the family members getting free turkeys from work, we deep fried four this year. A heavier gauge of aluminum would slightly slow the heating process but probably help in retention. I had to bring the fryer into my garage to avoid the winds dropping the temp.
