I bought 2 of these units- lightweight and very easy to deal with. New startup company, we did our first pop up food festival. They let me down Big time- they flames were either too high, or not enough heat. I had a line of people ordering food, but I had to shut down the food items that needed to fried. Bummer!

I love this deep fryer will be getting another one soon
Fryer worked great. Be sure to read how to clean aluminum pans. It’ll go a long way for making the product last. After one session of cooking wings, the paint peeled off the stand. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen. A bit disappointed. I kept the temp of the oil at 350, so that’s normal use. It didn’t really effect the use of the fryer. Just aesthetics.
