This table's top accommodates up to (16) 1/6 size food pans up to 6" deep (sold separately). These are great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from eggs and cheese to green pepper or ham. Plus, a lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper, food safe temperatures.

Extra Deep, Full-Length Cutting Board

A 15" deep cutting board is mounted to the table surface as a place for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

Additional refrigerated storage space is great for storing back-up ingredients, such as deli meat and cheese or specialty toppings.

Epoxy-Coated Shelves

Two epoxy-coated shelves accommodate up to 90 lb. of weight, helping to organize your assorted supplies.

This unit's 1/4 hp refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit by circulating R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.

Durable, Practical Design

This unit features a 430 type stainless steel exterior and 304 type stainless steel interior, which are fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The insulation also helps to promote proper temperature retention. This prep table requires a 115V electrical connection.

    This model is bad with leaking issues. First of all the pan that hold dripping water is not hot enough to vapor the water. So the water leaks all over. I had to put a fan right next to the pan to blow water so that water can vapor quickly. I have two units with this same issue. Now, the coil is leaking water after a little over a year. Now I have to contact local technician to get it fixed, hopefully.

    Current Date: Sept 22 2021. On Aug 28 2021, The refrigerator began making this hissing sound, about 2 weeks before the warrantee ran out. The pump died, and we are still waiting for parts to repair the unit. Our staff in the kitchen are burdened, and our menu has to be altered while we wait. We have no clue on how long this will be down.
