We purchased this rice warmer because it's the only one that has an on/off switch, all the others do not have this feature. Unfortunately one of the two we bought has already broken within a few weeks. The on/off switch popped out and upon further examination, it looks like a clip holding it inside broke off and is not reparable as it also severed the electrical connection.
