How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Do not order this grill unless item 177HDRDK50 is in stock. That is the divider. I had started looking at this roller in December of 2024. At that time the divider was not in stock. I contacted Advantco directly and said the divider would be available in July. I finally ordered the roller in August of 2025 and divider was still not available. I contacted Advantco again and they are now saying the end of November 2025. I have submitted to Webstrauntstore to notify me when it comes available. Everything moves all over this grill, and now the whole right side of mine is heating at 30 degrees less than the rest of the roller. Seems strange since the division is from front to back. Health department will not let me use the right 6 inches of the whole thing until I get it fixed to heat evenly as keeping Read More
