How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Bought on Feb 25th, lasted 2 months and doesn't turn on to cook, always switches bak to warm only. Had same one previously that worked for two years so went back and got another, lasted two months. Same staff, same use. :( Not sure if they have cheaper out on parts or what, but need a new one already.

fast shipping with this company. i usually expect a week or more for big deliveries, but these showed up in a matter of days. perfect size for my operation, and consistent cooking keeps human error to a minimum. my last Avantco rice cooker lasted over a decade of commercial use, and i would expect the same from these.
