I initially purchased two of these hot water dispensers two years ago for our tea shop. One of them lasted a year and the other one lasted two years. The first one started to flood on top of of the boiler and was unable to regulate the intake of water. Webstaurant did help us with the replacement of this one and we went with a comparable product. So far, no issues with that product. Today, the second one stopped dispensing water completely. I spoke with customer service and since it was out of warranty, there wasn't anything that could be done. They recommended that I reach out to Ready Kitchen Warranty to see if they could troubleshoot over the phone or send a tech out at my cost. The tech I spoke with indicated that this specific model doesn't have replacement parts and said there wasn't anything that we could do to repair it that would make financial sense. They stated that it's likely that the boiler is shot. They recommended replacing it. We've been extremely disappointed with this product and wouldn't recommend it.

Water quality can have an impact on product longevity, so we do recommend using softened or filtered water on this unit and to follow manufacturer recommendations for other, similar products.
