Rated 5 out of 5 stars
"This is a nice little oven. This oven is not use very often, as it is a back up oven, but this oven is a full-size convection oven that does not take up too much room and fits nice, and conveniently on a stainless steel stand."
Powered by 3,500/4,600W, the unit is equipped with two dial controls for adjusting the temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, along with a 120-minute audible timer to help you keep track of your culinary creations. Please note, the timer does not control cooking. Each dial is accompanied by an indicator light too, which alerts the user to when each function is in operation.
Even Heating
As the oven produces heat, dual convection fans work to spread the heat evenly around the cavity to ensure efficient and thorough cooking or baking. This oven includes a master on/off switch, which allows the user to turn off the unit without changing the temperature dial control.
Safe and Durable
Because the window in the door is tempered dual-pane glass, it allows employees to easily keep an eye on food while it's cooking. The door's improved hinge design is built to last through thousands of openings and closings. This, along with the full border gasket, helps seal-in heat and reduce risk of injury. Plus, the door's full-length, cool-touch handle provides easy oven access. Inside, the oven features a set of 4 wire shelves, which are adjustable to best accommodate your ever-changing tasks. Shelves can even be added and removed to accommodate multiple sheet pans or a single roast pan.
Stainless Steel Construction
Made with a stainless steel interior, the oven cavity won't corrode or rust, even with the accidental spill or leak. The exterior of the oven, also made of stainless steel, provides overall durability for coffee shops and kiosks. To abide by food safety guidelines, the unit is equipped with 4" stainless steel legs, which raise the oven off of the countertop surface below for improved airflow and easy cleaning. A 208/240V electrical connection is required for operation.

This is a good oven for my needs. I make fresh pretzels in it 6 days a week. It heats up quickly and keeps a good amount of steam in it. The only issue that I have found ,it does have some hot spots but I rotate my items mid way and that takes care of that.

Works as a casual oven in a small cafe. It does have several hot spots and we need to split the baking time to constantly flip the pan back to front and even which trays are on each rack. Top burns, middle back gets crispy. No consistency. I would recommend a better brand but if you are looking to only bake a few times a week this will do with some care.

I should have listened to the other reviews. This is a mediorcie product at best. The owner manual that comes with it recommends all the wrong temps and cook times. The seal will not stay in place and comes loose everytime you open the door. and despite the convection oven it cook very uneven. For example I fill all the shelves with bacon and I have to remove each pan 5 -6 time during cooking to take the ones that are done off an put the pan back in. I mean it isn't even close I could have to pieces in the corner that are burnt with the rest of the tray being raw. I wouldn't recommend this oven.

We've had this oven running for 1.5 years non-stop every dinner with 0 issues. It obviously is not a $4000 convection oven so pay attention to turning your baked goods throughout their cycle.

It works, but bakes unevenly! Have to turn whatever you're baking a couple times to not overcook whatever is in the back. The "timer" is a very faint and single "ding." Have used for 1.5 years at small coffee shop for croissants and biscuits.

I wish i looked at the review prior to purchasing. A conventional home oven is 10 times better than this oven. Rubber seals dont seal the door, and in certain spots constantly come out. and as far as being able to bake evenly..... good luck. Even with flipping trays and moving racks mid bake, still cant get a decently even bake. pain in the butt with a bunch of lost product. The temp is also not accurate. so if your into gambling, this oven is for you.

Really like this little oven. It is compact for a full size and does have hot spots but knowing that going in it has been a real help in the kitchen.

I bought one in 2023 and 2024. It’s April 2026 and both have now stopped working. Poof, out of 2 grand and warranty. Webstaurant care to help?

I really love my full size countertop convection oven. Yes, there are some glitches and gremlins running around inside. Sometimes they mess with the fans and the heat, but I've overcome their games. I rotate the pans, I only use 1/2 pan sizes that gives me freedom to turn them around and move them from side to side. But all in all, my foodery kitchen is completely electric and the products turn out beautifully...from 6" pies and 6" bundt cakes to to half-sheet pan two layer cakes. My only complaint is that the gasket around the door seal does not stay put. I have to periodically remove the door and re-insert the gasket in the grooves. But - I still love it.

I've used it four times. On the second use I noticed the timer stopped working.
Thank you for your review, Tershel! It seems like the issues you are experiencing are primarily related to using the timer for very short stretches of time. The timer dial shows 10-minute increments and isn't designed to regularly time batches shorter than 10 minutes. Our Customer Solutions team has been in contact with you - if you have any further questions or concerns on this order, we are happy to assist!

I do not use this oven in a heavy-use commercial setting, but it has worked excellently the times I've used it. I mainly use for reheating (back to safe temps) half-pans of catering items that are brought in cold or for pre-made foods (like frozen lasagna, appetizers, etc) for an office of 90-ish people. I haven't noticed uneven cooking/heating.
My only gripe with this oven is that the racks do NOT slide easily at all. It's round metal rack on very flat and thin metal risers attached to the side of the oven.
Overall, I would purchase this again in a heartbeat, but can see why others are rating it lower if it's being used heavily.
