Avantco C10 12 Cup Pourover Commercial Coffee Maker with 2 Warmers- 120V

I really like this coffee maker! Not only is it cheaper than a bunn but unlike the pouromatic machine i replaced this with doesn't keep the reservoir hot with old stale water! It brews very fast too.

I bought this coffee maker and it worked great for 9 months then the water didn't get hot enough to brew a decent pot of coffee. I called customer support and they emailed the warranty department my complaint. The warranty department contacted me via email and said the coffee maker is out of warranty. I should mention that I only use the coffee maker three times a week and after the coffee is done brewing I shut the coffee maker off. I plan on buying another coffee maker and it isn't going to be through WebstraurantStore.

Broke within one year of light service. Not such a great deal after all. Will try Bunn this time around and hope for better results.

I bought this coffee maker and it worked well for about 12 months then it started to have fumes & smoke from switch on/off panel area. I'm very disappointed that coffer maker has broken down in just one year usage. I used other brand before they all lasted longer than this one.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I have to go with the odds. We've had THREE. The 1st one we bought in December 2019. It lasted until April of 2020. So, 4 months. The 2nd one lasted from April of 2020 until February of 2024. So, about 4 years. The 3rd one we bought in February of 2024 and it lasted until May. So about 3-4 months. I love the size. Just wish it would keep working. We don't use it often. So it's not overuse.

I should have paid for the Bunn the first time. This unit lasted 10 days in use and fizzled out!

This is a great product at a great price. I have a fast demand for fresh coffee and it heats up and brews fast. I recommend this coffee maker

This Avantco Commercial Coffee Maker is amazing.. I love how it does not have a high sound and it is fast to brew coffee. I put this machine in my small cafe and I am looking forward to get more out of it.

After 7 years it still is working as good as when I first purchased the unit. The best feature is the coffee will not brew until you turn on the machine.

We were steered to this coffee maker as we were searching for a relatively light volume coffee maker for our food truck.. Took a chance and we soon discovered this machine is no faster than a twenty dollar Mr Coffee. If you want a good looking machine for very low use, this may work for you. The only thing we used it for was making hot water to use in Hot chocolate. Since it had been used Webrestaurant store would not take it back. They did give us a store credit for about half of the purchase price which was helpful. Again, for low usage application, maybe for home use this would be fine. We use the bunn with an internal tank and the water comes out as soon as you begin pouring it in. Do not expect that with this model. It does look good and is very simple.

I looked for weeks trying to find the perfect coffee pot, this is it!!! No wasted electricity and quick pot of excellent coffee. Well made and sturdy, excellent buy.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I ignored reviews saying it would stop working after a few weeks, but I can confirm this item will not last. Do not waste the money.

Pathetic - had it less thn a mnth and it only makes 1/2 a pot of coffee even though you put in a full pot of water. The brew basket handle comes loose at least once a week, and the wire basket to hold the filter never fits right after you first take it out. Ceratinly NOT for commercial use maybe if I paid fifty dollars for home use I might be okay with it but it is a terrible restaurant product ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to set up and cleans up quickly. Best coffee maker I've ever owned.

I purchased this product for light use and can not get this thing to not brew so hot that it burns the coffee beans. And I mean this thing gets HOT. I have tried different types of water, different beans, store bought beans, fill up with more beans, less beans... it's far too hot and there's no way for me to change it.

Very slow on producing a pot of coffee I use mine for lots of hot water for gravy, it cannot keep up, water runs very slow

Coffee had a metalic taste.

We are brewery restaurant serving lunch and dinner, so moderate use. Unfortunately, this unit lasted less than a year. It worked fine for awhile, but we now have a warmer issue that constantly trips the GFI. We're going to try a different brand/model in the future.

Coffee Maker started our great for the first three moths., It then would work some days and then stop working. It has now completely stopped working. Not for long term use. Do not recommend
