Avantco BC-36-SW 36" White Square Refrigerated Bakery Display Case with LED Lighting

First of all, if I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I purchased a refrigeration from them, the one good thing was their shipping was fast but that makes me wonder now because the fridge came so fast and when I set it up, the item didn't even cool it was blowing out hot air and or something that I purchased that should not happen. I called the company multiple times telling them the issue and that I wanted it to be fixed or to return it, the customer service was horrible they just gave me the ring around and basically took no responsibility for selling an item that was broken and had the nerve to have me call another company to get it fixed. Purchased in October 2022 and it just quit. We have been having issues on and off for months. If you’re looking for equipment that lasts, this is not the right purchase for you.

This refrigerator is super heavy,high quality material,beautiful white color,also antifog!cake are look bright and delicious in it!

Purchased in Sept. 2022 and the compressor quit this January - got 2 years out of it. Worked great for a very short time. Compressor replacement is now more expensive than the unit was in total.

The unit truly looks amazing, better than the curved one. Also price is $1000 more. However, this 36 inch model is not good in quality. We already replaced a condenser after 4 months of use. Luckily under warranty. Warranty service is good. But still we waited for 2 weeks to get the condenser replaced. My biggest problem with this fridge is the door. The door gasket has design issue. After a few weeks, it breaks and cannot close tightly, sometimes our staff has to tape it. We have 5 of this display cases in different sizes for our stores and they all have this door gaskets issue.

Case arrived and worked day one. Next morning it woukd not cool at all. Contacted Webstuarant and was told to contact warranty. Two weeks in and it lights up but doesn't cool. No idea when it will be fixed. Very frustrating.

Second one. Still waiting for notification on when they are coming to "fix" it. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT A MASSIVE PAPERWEIGHT FOR YOUR OFFICE.

It is very nice looking display. It started having issues within one year of using. The door seal is not the best quality. The worst thing is that it stop cooling after 18months in use. None would expect the equipment to last less than two years.

wish we could have seen these reviews prior to purchase. Bought 2 of these because they look nice. Both failed within a year. New compressor in one; had to pay labor. Second one failed twice. Took weeks to fix. It hurt our new businesses.

Case is beautiful! Show cases our desserts beautifully. However after three days of being in use, one of the lights stopped working/blew.

18 months after purchasing, compressor is done. Parts, labor and freon cost us a lot. Warranty just a year and the customers service told me they already have several issues for this product. Stay away of this item and this brand. It's cheap and not qualitative.

We have had this display case for almost a year. It is beautiful and works perfectly. It keeps the correct temperature even when the shop gets warm.

Got this for my coffee shop. It worked for a little over a month then stopped keeping temp. It wouldn't get below 52 degrees. Webstaraunt sent a warranty replacement since and told me to dispose of the defective one (which I had to pay for disposal). Now, less than a year later, the replacement fridge is not holding temp and is no longer under warranty because warranty is only good for the date of purchase on original fridge. I do not recommend this product.

It is just a month of use, the display case began to drop for a 37 degrees to 10 degrees. Horrible product. Need money back and refund

Fairly pretty, looks good in our shop. But like most of these small units- failed compressor in less than 2 years. Stuck with this type though due to small shop footprint and custom cabinetry. Awaiting warranty replacement (which of course will only cover the part cost of the cheap underspecced compressor with plastic parts).

nice clean sleek looking bakery case. the glass is a bit green tinted because it is tempered.

We love this case! It was delivered quickly and worked perfectly. We have had this unit for 4 months now without a problem. It displays our items with great lighting. I highly recommend this item for this price range.
