This powerful, compact flour mill is made with food-grade stainless steel for commercial kitchens to create the exceptional, flavor-filled flour required for making fresh pasta with a superior taste. Designed and built with precision manufacturing technology, this item creates authentic Italian pasta by separating the flour from the bran in 1 passage using interchangeable sieve screens for different granularity. The mill includes 1 sieve basket and 5 interchangeable sieve screens. This flour mill features an adjustable grinder for regulating the flour granularity as well as an easy-to-clean design so that residues don't impart flavors when milling different kinds of cereals.

Ideal for milling fresh flour for pasta, pizza, bread, pastries, polenta, and rice, this mill features a top-mount loading hopper with bran output on one side of the unit and flour output on the other to produce integral flour with precise granularity and less starch damage. The mill features a compact design for commercial kitchens with limited space without sacrificing speed and capacity and can produce up to 150 lb. of soft white wheat at 75 percent extract per hour (varies by sieve screen used). This item is compatible with select Arcobaleno extruders (sold separately) and requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
