We absolutely love this product. It gets very hot and holds its temperature like it should. We have been using it for a long time now and have zero complaints with it. It is also very easy to clean which is a huge plus. The temperature control runs on a 0-10 scale which is fine. I do wish that it had a temperature knob come with it in case we wanted to run that way instead. In all, I would definately buy it again!
I feel like these have gone down in quality recently. We went from replacing them every 3-4 years to replacing them every year. They do get the food warm though, you can absolutely put cold food in them and it get it very hot with no trouble.
really awesome product. I use this to steam buns,it works perfectly. Maintains proper heat throughout the entire day and was the most cost effective product out there.
