Double your cooking capacity with this American Range Majestic double-deck convection oven! This unit is easy to operate for consistent results, and it uses hot air to cook food more quickly and evenly. It features 1/2 hp, 2-speed oven blower motors with low and high fan speeds for baking and roasting. It has 2 oven cavities that quickly preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in under 15 minutes. Each spacious cavity includes 5 chrome racks with 12-position chrome rack guides to adjust the oven configuration. These racks accommodate (5) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (5) 12" x 20" hotel pans.
This unit boasts a total heat output of 140,000 BTU per hour, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking results. It has a durable stainless steel top, front, and sides for long-lasting use in your busy kitchen. Each cavity interior is porcelainized for easy cleaning. The included stand features casters for convenient portability. This model has 2 sets of dependent double doors that simultaneously open and close with just one hand. These glass doors allow you to monitor the cooking process, and they swing open 135 degrees for convenient access.
Each oven cavity has its own set of controls for maximum flexibility. The dial thermostats easily adjust the temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the electronic spark igniters provide quick and reliable ignition. They also have toggle on / off switches and 1-hour timers for precise cooking time management. The oven cool switches provide rapid cool down after use, while the burner "on" lights provide a visual indicator of each oven's status. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation, and it comes with 6' power cords.br>
